In the digital modern era, it has become increasingly rare to use our pens rather than our keyboards. However, Arabic carries with it a rich oral and written tradition, making the former an essential part of engaging with the language. This booklet covers the fundamentals of Arabic writing with the aim of exercising not only the limbs but also the mind and heart in the pursuit of connecting more deeply to the language of the Qur’an as it was revealed. This experience aims to not only aid in memorization and teach patience through diverse lessons and exercises but also to become an act of worship as we engage with the written script of the Qur’an.
